Cancellation policy
Sessions should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late policy
If a family arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened, cancelled, or charged at the full rate depending on the schedule and circumstances.
Refund policy
Individual sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Package refunds for unused sessions are handled according to the timing and details of the purchase.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance when availability allows. Last-minute rescheduling may be subject to availability.
No-show policy
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be charged at the full rate.
