Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Southern Minds tutoring services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.
Services
Southern Minds provides tutoring and learning-support services for K through 5th grade students. Sessions may be online or in person as specified during scheduling, and all services are subject to availability.
Payment terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and Southern Minds does not store credit card information on its servers.
Limitation of liability
Tutoring services are provided without a guarantee of specific academic outcomes or test score improvements. Instruction is designed to support growth, but results may vary based on individual student needs and circumstances.
